I love the Insta360 Flow 2 Pro for its foldable design and insane 360° tracking, but its zoom‑tracking only works on newer iPhones, which can be a deal‑breaker if you’re on an older model.

Lynn’s notes
I was immediately impressed when I unfolded the Flow 2 Pro; the whole thing feels like a pocket‑sized studio that snaps on in seconds, and the 360° infinite pan keeps me in frame whether I’m walking or running. The built‑in tripod and selfie stick let me shoot solo or with friends without hunting for extra gear, and the 10‑hour battery means I can film all day without a recharge.
The real magic comes with the active zoom tracking—up to 15x on iPhone 12‑16 Pro models—so I can chase a fast‑moving subject and still keep it smooth. Multi‑person tracking is a game‑changer for family gatherings, and the free tilt mode gives me cinematic angles that feel like a pro camera in my pocket.
But it’s not all perfect. The zoom‑tracking feature only works on the latest iPhone Pro models, so if you’re using an older phone or an Android, you’ll miss that slick zoom capability. Plus, the gimbal’s weight and bulk can feel a bit cumbersome when you’re holding it solo for extended periods.
All in all, the Flow 2 Pro is a powerhouse for creators who want a versatile, all‑in‑one stabilizer. If you’re on a newer iPhone and can live with the extra heft, it’s a solid upgrade to your gear lineup.
